# Ticket Cancellation Refund Processing Time

## How long do ticket cancellation refunds take?

Ticket cancellation refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

## What happens after a ticket is cancelled?

Once your ticket is cancelled, we'll immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

## What should I expect while waiting for my refund?

Here is what happens after your ticket is cancelled:

1. You receive a cancellation confirmation email and your refund is initiated.
2. The refunded amount appears in your account within the 3–7 business day processing window.

## When should I contact support?

If your refund hasn't appeared after 7 business days, contact our support team and we'll work to resolve it promptly. You can reach us via live chat, email, or the Help Center. Please have your order or booking reference number ready when you get in touch. **Note:** If your original payment card has been cancelled or expired, let us know when you contact support — your refund may need to be reissued to an alternative payment method.
